Privacy Policy

If you are our customer, news subscriber, or visitor of our website, you are giving us your personal information. We are responsible for their protection and security. Please learn about the protection of personal data, policies and rights that you have in connection with the GDPR (Privacy Policy).

Who is the administrator?

We are company CIDEMAT Hranice, s.r.o., ID 49606786, with its registered office at Skalní 1088, Hranice I-Město, 753 01 Hranice, Czech Republic, registered at the Regional Court in Ostrava under file number C 11957. We run the website www.cidemat.cz.

We process your personal data as an administrator, that is, we determine how the personal data will be processed, for what purpose and for how long, and select any other processors who will assist us with the processing.

We declare

We declare that we, as the administrator of your personal data, fulfill all legal obligations required by applicable law, in particular the Privacy Act and GDPR, and that: we will process your personal data only on the basis of valid legal grounds, namely legitimate interest, performance of the contract, legal obligation or consent, we fulfill the information obligation according to Article 13 of the GDPR prior to the processing of your personal data, we enable and support you in the application and fulfillment of your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.

Scope of personal data and processing purposes

We process personal information you entrust to us for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

provision of services, performance of the contract
We absolutely need your personal information in the scope of: name, surname, e-mail, telephone number to fulfill the contract.

bookkeeping
If you are our customer, we need your personal data (billing information) to comply with the statutory obligation to issue and record tax documents.

marketing - sending newsletters
We use your personal information for direct marketing - sending business information. If you are our customer, we do so based on a legitimate interest for a period of 10 years, since we reasonably assume that you are interested in all our news.

If you are not our customer, we send you our newsletters only upon your consent, for a period of 10 years from granting it. In both cases, you can withdraw this consent by using opt-out link in every email you receive from us.

We retain your personal information for the duration of the limitation period, unless the law provides for a longer period of time to preserve it or unless stated otherwise in specific cases.

Cookies

When you browse our website, we record your IP address, and how long are you staying on it and which website you are coming from. We consider the use of cookies to measure site traffic and customize your site views as a legitimate manager's interest because we believe we can offer you even better services. Ads targeting cookies will only be processed based on your consent.

Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow for the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer.

Security and Privacy

We protect all personal data to the fullest extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. We protect them as if they were our own.

We have accepted and maintained all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures that prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal information.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

Our employees and co-workers have access to your personal data. In order to provide specific processing operations that we can not provide ourselves, we use the services and applications of processors who can protect data better than we do and specialize in the processing.

However, we promise you that in such a case, while choosing the processor, put at least the same security and processing requirements as for ourselves.

Transfer of data outside the European Union

All processing of personal data will be carried out within the EU territory.

Your rights in connection with the protection of personal data

You have a number of rights in relation to the protection of personal data. If you wish to use any of these rights, please contact us via e-mail: cidemat@cidemat.cz.

You have the right to information that is already covered by this information page with the privacy policy.

Thanks to the right of access you can appeal to us anytime for information of what kind of your personal data we process and why, and we will document it within 60 days. 

If you change something or you find your personal information out of date or incomplete, you have the right to amend and/or change your personal data.

You may use the right to limit the processing if you believe we process your data inaccurately, or you think that processing is performed illegally but you do not want to delete all data or have objected to processing. 

You can limit the scope of the personal data or processing purposes. (E.g. by dropping-out of the newsletter you limit processing for the purpose of sending commercial messages.)

The right to portability

If you would like to take your personal information and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as using your right of access - with the only difference that we will deliver the information in machine-readable form. For this transfer we need at least 60 days.

Right to be deleted (be forgotten)

Your next right is the right to be deleted (be forgotten). We do not want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right for it. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system and the system of all partial processors and backups. We need 60 days to secure the right to be deleted.

In some cases, we are bound by a statutory obligation and, for example, we must record the issued tax documents for the period given by the law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that is not bound by any other law. We will notify you by e-mail about the completion of the deletion.

Complaint at the Office for Personal Data Protection

If you feel that we do not treat your data in accordance with the law, you are entitled to complain at any time at the Office for Personal Data Protection.

We will be very glad if you first inform us about this suspicion, so that we can do something about it and correct any possible mistake.

Cancellation of sending newsletters and business information

If you are our customer, we send you emails with inspiration, articles or products and services based on our legitimate interest.

If you are not our customer yet, we send them only based on your consent. In both cases, you can cancel subscribing to our emails by pressing the logout link in each email you receive from us.

Confidentiality

Please be assured that our employees and collaborators who process your personal information are required to maintain confidentiality about your personal information and security measures whose disclosure would jeopardize the security of your personal information. This confidentiality persists even after the end of our engagement with us. Your personal information will not be shared with any other third party without your consent.
